如同往常品酒瓶品(blind tasting) 的方式行:

我人得在次品酒面表最好的是Clos des Ormes, Morey St. Denis, Lecheneaut 和Farr，大利的Il Principe, Machiavelli 的表也不. Felton Road、Bernhard Huber和北海道的表就平平。Bernhard Huber的桶味比其他的酒明，Salentein Primus 的表在我的意料之外，明阿根廷也能生出不的Pinot Noir。

在品酒上很多人把Farr猜成是布根地，是出乎意料之外的事，然2003年的布根地酒本就比不像典型布根地，但是澳洲的Pinot Noir 可以到Lecheneaut 酒的水值得。
