【恬趣】法斯柴家族香品酒晚宴

斯柴家族（Rothschild）是葡萄酒界的第一家族，除了大名鼎鼎的Chteau LafiteChteau Mouton外，旗下知名酒Chteau Clerc Milon、Chteau d'Armailhac、Chteau Clarke、Chteau Rieussec，有跨知名酒合作的Opus One Almaviva，另外以家族五箭跨足各各新世界也每每得酒瓶高分酒展大，但是似乎在整葡萄酒的域中，就是缺少一，也是最具有品牌性格的酒，香。

於品牌如此擅的斯柴家族（Rothschild）在2004年正式始其生香，藉著其在酒的力，在2009年正式表Champagne Barons de Rothschild品牌，斯柴家族三支旁系自19世以首度手合作所打造出的尚品牌，可最快升的香品牌；在我的察中，近年新加入香市多以RM香（植者香）多，Champagne Barons de Rothschild是少如此有力以品牌入香市者，近期多RM香的行，甚至酒都大其趣，值得玩味！

斯柴家族（Rothschild）既然要投入，的目然是要成品牌品牌，可以想的是用金的去在香的不足之，因此斯柴家族（Rothschild）只和特（考）和一的葡萄建立期合，且大部分都是位於白丘（Cte des Blancs）的葡萄，此外目前的三款品也可以看出榜以「Chardonnay」主的香格，另外，品牌理表示，明年上市第一款年份款，3000支。

台代理商橡木桶安排次餐的酒款序很有意，首先登的是三款年份香中品秩最高的Champagne Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs，款香在Stephen Tanzer的International Wine Cellar中得92高分，另外得2010 Decanter世界葡萄酒大金牌。品牌理表示款「白中白」Blanc de Blancs使用四特的Chardonnay（我查到的是Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Oger and Vertus），使用40% 老酒（reserve wine），年已提升到五年。款香，我很能Champagne Barons de Rothschild Blanc de Blancs的印象，高比例的「Chardonnay」造出的一很有的大型香格，初入口的口感很，泡和定，展白中白的感，就是斯柴家族形塑的帝王形象吧!酸度明，酒香十分持久，尤其可以感受在喉所留下香酒，款酒很明地散出Chardonnay葡萄香所散出的有石感的葡萄香。香部分是明而雅的花香，有些微柑橘，入口有如白色殿堂，清楚而，格很以白丘的Chardonnay葡萄香主，乾！中後段味更雅，酸度高，很能支酒度度，呼吸後，酒柔媚，略干果味，毫苦味。款年份白中白香的很好，有不小的年力！

"Greenish yellow. High-pitched aromas of lime, lemongrass, jasmine and chalk. Nervy and precise on the palate, displaying juicy, ginger-accented citrus fruit flavors and deeper notes of fresh fig and buttered toast. Finishes with very good spicy cut and strong mineral-driven persistence."

Champagne Barons de Rothschild Brut是第二款香，搭配我的主餐嫩煎美肋眼牛排薯蓉佐松露。款在分上得WS-92、ST-90和W&S-92等三家酒均90分以上的。然是Champagne Barons de Rothschild中最入的酒款，也取高比例的Chardonnay到60%，也和Blanc de Blancs一使用40% 老酒（reserve wine），年三年。和其他名的入Brut相，的於高比例Chardonnay，款香的香有似Blanc de Blancs所具有的花香，另外有淡淡的酵母香，泡非常活，口感上以青果主，有著很好的酸度力道，可以感受到Chardonnay的影力，不，尾，毫苦味。

我看看他的泡表：

"Well-knit, integrating a firm backbone of acidity and a fine, lightly creamy texture with flavorsof patisserie apple, pastry, blanched almond and meringue. A smoky hint of minerality gains momentum on the finish."

"Light yellow-gold. Ripe pear and orange aromas are lifted by notes of chalk and ginger. Pliant and expansive, offering plush orchard fruit and melon flavors and a bracing touch of citrus zest. Closes with gentle grip and very good length, repeating the melon note."

最後一款酒是Champagne Barons de Rothschild Brut Rose，Stephen Tanzer予91分。款酒使用高85%的Chardonnay，搭配15%的Pinot Noir，因此被品牌理「粉Chardonnay香」，中Chardonnay也是自Blanc de Blancs一的四特，Pinot Noir自特（查Montagne de Reims），也使用40% 老酒（reserve wine），年也提到五年。款Rose然只有15%的Pinot Noir，但是香到口感都很明快地出色莓果的情，加上一由Chardonnay的酸度所形成的口感架，特值得一提的是，呼吸之後，散出淡淡的奶香，特出！

我看看他的泡表：

"Light, bright pink. High-pitched aromas and flavors of red berries and candied orange, with a subtle mineral overtone. Taut and focused, with very good finishing clarity and tangy persistence. I like this wine's balance and light touch; it would work extremely well with sashimi or sushi."

Champagne Barons de Rothschild在品的定位上，期望能建立在BollingerRuinart之的水地位，目前一始的三款年份品中，可以感受到的已站了第一步，而且建立出以高比例Chardonnay主所形成，略偏骨架的帝王格，活的泡、毫苦味、乾的味持久的酒等特很容易地吸引目光嘴巴的喜好，加上尊的包格，相信品牌成重要的香品牌！
