中大附院周德院院怡文教授科研,「靶向性外泌新平台」利技,通美FDA IND,在生技新材域先群,今年科「2025未科技」殊,於10月18日在台北世一行的台新技博接受表。

周德院怡文教授之跨校院科研入「2025未科技」的技名:「靶向性外泌新平台:核酸化物送之奈米」。技成有明佑副教授、邱智教授、潘志明助理研究、士副研究。

此利技相於行Liposomal品,具高度靶向性、低毒性、低免疫原性高定性。CMC程已建立GMP胞,以100L生物反槽量。

在用性方面,Troy Exo基因工程化靶向外泌平台,具天然生物相容性、低毒性、低免疫原性及高定性,克服人工奈米的免疫靶向限。平台具GMP量能力,支持床,有完整智局,具高度成性、差化多症拓展力。
