徽式卤舌

用料:猪舌600克、葱末3O克、姜末乃克
调料:绍酒2大匙、酱油2大匙、冰糖15克、精盐5小匙、香料袋1个(内装八角10克、花椒25支、桂皮20克、小茴香3O克、丁香5克)、麻油3大匙.
.将诸舌刮洗干净入冷水锅中烧开、捞出利尽舌苔白模、洗净。
.放大砂锅中加酱油、绍酒、冰糖、精盐、葱姜和香料袋卤煮至六我熟时将锅离火接舌留卤汤中浸泡至凉,取出撕下百根骨,切武薄片流上厚卤汤及麻油即可。
特点:猪舌爽脆、卤汁鲜香、香气扑鼻。
