李婉萍在粉提到,一般到生素A,都先想到眼睛,不其功效不止於此,常於保品的A酸,也生素A有,可以免疫系,尤其在季期,容易敏眼睛、不定的人,食上更多充富含生素A的食物。
李婉萍提到,生素A是脂溶性素,加油拌炒更能被人吸收用。而空心菜的生素A含量富,每100公克有23532 IU的生素A,比同重量的20718 IU高。此外,富含生素A的蔬菜包括「油菜心、菜、菠菜、菜、苣、芥、地瓜」。
