眼睛只吃!李婉萍表示,生素A是眼素,除了富含生素A,空心菜含量更富,不助提升眼睛健康,能定皮,加油拌炒更能被人吸收。

李婉萍在提到,一般到生素A,都先想到眼睛,不其功效不止於此,常於保品的A酸,也生素A有,可以免疫系,尤其在季期,容易敏眼睛、不定的人,食上更多充富含生素A的食物。

李婉萍提到,生素A是脂溶性素,加油拌炒更能被人吸收用。而空心菜的生素A含量富,每100公克有23532 IU的生素A,比同重量的20718 IU高。此外,富含生素A的蔬菜包括「油菜心、菜、菠菜、菜、苣、芥、地瓜」。

李婉萍提醒,若想好,少敏,也可多取蛋白、生素C、生素D等。蛋白助修、代,建茶蛋、豆腐、肉、肉,生素C是抗氧化,生素D有助於免疫反,常含生素D食材包括蛋、木耳、等。
