名公:水也能瘦身!
明坦言,自己一度胖到82公斤,直到自「水肥法」,中午固定吃8水,才成功瘦下。看似小份量有足感,重是把一水分口慢慢吃,拉食,吃起就像16一,完全不得。靠套方法,他硬是把重控制在68公斤!
肥也能吃粉
很多人以肥要完全戒粉,但「!」。人需要能量,粉不能完全省略。他每天早餐吃三片吐司加水煮蛋,再搭配豆或燕;午餐吃水+青菜;晚餐以青菜、蛋白主,搭配1/3碗。秘是控制量,不超1800卡,就能期持!
吃法才是
你以重只是少吃?其吃法更重要!「慢慢吃」能大的足感。8水看似不多,但切成口咬,速度跟朋友吃同步,就不有「吃太少」的落差感。不只能肥,能成嚼慢的,胃和消化也更友善。
水迷思大破解
路曾流「水」的法,其是解!科澄清,一般人量吃水不,只是慢性病患者就要特注意。大部分人,水肥法重不是狂吃,而是吃量、配合青菜和蛋白,才不失衡,能健康瘦。
