Constance Reid 的之中文，2001的已是第二次修改了。
本前的星集之家照片，W. Edwards Deming 是於大/全的。者索引知道Deming是介主到加州大的主要功臣（1938）。他1936休假到敦去修，然知道老是世界一流人才。
他W. A. Shewhart 的之故事，我比容易懂。我想想，速的手稿到出，程有多辛…..（Deming， Shewhart文是化大，意的成稿人得懂……）
Deming 更是Neyman本演集的/改者：Lectures and Conferences on Mathematical Statistics, Graduate School, U.S. Department of Agriculture ,1938
本印700本，很快就光了。Deming等人的文都是追求清楚明白…..
，到1982年Deming 只出版文和的。
他1978年（民68年）台，我：
◎ 4月15日：企公司「第三全面品管大」戴明博士以主人的身份表演，目：者品品成本的任(Responsibility of Management for Uniformity and Economic in Manufacture)。4月11日戴明博士台松下器公司，12日泰胎公司，13日洋培林公司，分做短演。4月16日及17日，在台北高雄（王店）地行一天的座，主：高者的品使命突破座 (The Mission and the Break-through of Modern Quality Management in Top Executives)；月18～20日在台北三天的座，主：部的品改善技座，容【三篇文】：【告(26原)】、好主意引起的一些、系探索例。
◎ 6月『品管制月刊』作「戴明博士集」，主王晃三在「幕前幕後」：「……次我人有行戴明博士有十天之久，於他的真神采奕奕的者，以至於他人於我品管的推行和品管的近的切之情，都能眼目睹，感念甚深。也了一切，我代表本刊同仁，本次戴明博士。
本次中，我登了戴明博士撰的「告】、「好主意引起的一些」、「系探索例」等三篇文字。……」除了上述，此有「戴明博士答集」（唐）、「戴明博士的品管座些的品管」（清章）、「戴明博士台花絮」（振，他：「…不辛的一再前（事上他有接受金前上的酬），也是份吧！……」）、「戴明博士」（余逖等）、「『品管策』座拾零感想」（三）、「一封短信」（瑞）。「Deming 博士的6次演，都是 王晃三翻的-- 他Deming博士拿本 seed book ，的 Deming Room之。他早就要收集Deming 的文集……（王主後出修…….）」
我篇要述他台所用的三篇：「告】(Report to Management)、「好主意引起的一些」、「系探索例」等，1978之後之改善情---1982年和1986年上的改。

翻成”好主意所引起的一些”。我考翻成”好主意的反效果”。

hazards 改成 difficulties ，原因或是hazards 比不容易一般人了解。hazard 有危之……

我姑且不年Deming在用遣字方面有我翻上的步，
第一，他原先1975/1978年算Poisson distribution的管制上下限之方法改成比通用的方式。
就容而言，1982年的QPCP版加一小段上生的法，而1986的 OOTC版.，Deming 博士透露一大段他在此案主主管的信（未注明是否原先的文本）。
