民健康署就在分享,柿子富含多素,包括生素A,有助於保眼睛皮健康;生素C,有助於提升免疫力促原蛋白生成;膳食可增加足感、促道蠕,持消化系;子有助於持血平衡。食用方式方面,柿子可直接削皮切片,新品,香甜;亦可果、生菜一同拌入沙拉,增添口感次。至於柿,可入菜烹,例如甜柿肉或柿子布丁等料理,味特。
