I love the Metcon 4's. I ordered a custom pair maybe 2-3 months ago and I have to say they are my favorite shoes for CrossFit thus far. Good for lifting, great for running, and an all around comfy pair of shoes that won't cramp up your feet during a workout.
I sadly only give this shoe a 4/5 due to durability. I don't do rope climbs in these shoes because I didn't want to mess them up, but after 2 months of wearing them they already started to fall apart on the sides (pictures attached). I want to send them back, but at the same time it took over a month to get my shoes designed... so that's leaving me without a pair of shoes for the time it takes to send them back and get a new pair designed. A little frustrating, but other than that these shoes are great.
