Suzie Quatro大7、8即已在父的爵士中演奏打器。1964，14加由姊姊Patti所成的全女性Pleasure Seekers，兼任歌唱及奏士。1971被英唱片作人Mickie Most相中赴英展，原想以其取代之前因吸食海洛因量死亡的女歌手Janis Joplin ( 27 )所下的空缺，但Quartro做一新的自己。

1973，Suzie Quatro於以一首《Can the Can》在英、澳、德、瑞士得排行榜的冠，接著又有多首的曲。1978，英Smokie的主唱Chris Norman合唱的一首《Stumblin' In》，在美排行榜得第4名，此也使得Suzie Quatro名副其的成「」的歌手。
Suzie Quatro的舞台造型喜穿著身皮衣，著士又唱又跳。此不禁人想到在1964以一首《As Tears Go By》成名的英女歌手Marianne Faithfull，後於1968法第一美男子Alain Delon ( 德 ) 合演的影《Girl on a Motorcycle》( 台：你、想你、恨你 )，即是全身黑皮衣造型，且似未穿衣，令人遐思。
Suzie Quatro打破了以往均男性主的天下 ( 也曾有女手，但限於「地性」的—Garage Band )，成了女手的先，影了後的女性像是The Runways等。

此曲收在Quartro於2021的《The Devil in Me》中，有否行CD或只是路行，未有切的。Quartro的故是底特律，也是知的「Motor City」，Quartro是否自喻Rider，同也是Survivor，由歌者自行去想像了。另，Quartro目前已73了，仍活於舞台上，著令人佩服。
