桂黑糖蛋糕

前子了川字腹肌,然就心思烤蛋糕了…然而,人生常,我的小小烘培房又了,最心的莫於我先生~

了消耗掉眼乾,定做桂黑糖蛋糕,用周老的配方




桂黑糖蛋糕


材料:

桂(眼乾)150g
 
黑糖 100g
奶油 150g
1/4小匙
蛋 3
粉 180g
粉 1小匙
牛奶 90g
 
碎核桃或杏仁   量
黑糖蜜或蜂蜜   少
 
作法:
依上述材料依序拌,平均倒入杯子蛋糕烤模,上碎核桃。
我家烤箱度高,所以我只用180度烤12分,中注意蛋糕的上色。蛋糕冷後,在表面刷上蜂蜜即可食用。
粉的部分,我是用全粉,成品一好吃喔~
