每到季交替,忽冷忽、度化大,加上空品不定,免疫力就下降,很容易引鼻塞、乾、打嚏等症,候除了用控制,食上的更是!

 

抗敏素食物

 

高敏敏建,日常多充些素,助免疫系回到平衡,少不:

 

1、果

果多酚可以改善季敏,建每天吃一(一通常就有200-500mg的果多酚含量)

2、菜

菜含有富素,建每天吃一碗半的蔬菜(海藻植物也很棒),不只能改善敏症,也能充每日膳食所需

3、番茄

番茄中含有富胡素,像是番茄素、β胡素等,有多酚,如酮、酚酸,都可以助抗敏,提升生活品

 

 

4、益生菌

然益生菌法完全根治鼻敏,但能做到改善症,其也是不的素。建可以充酪乳、格,至於充品可人需求

5MSM有硫化物

MSM有硫化物能解季性敏,而大蒜、洋、、甘、蛋白中就含有此素

6、他命C

他命C能化人黏膜胞,增加自身免疫力、少敏原入侵,建可以多吃芭、奇果、柑橘等水果充

 

 

7、他命D

建可以多出走走太,改善敏;但若有光的日子,不妨就多吃、牛奶、蛋、菇等食物

8、他命E

可以取各果子食物,助抗炎、降低敏情形

9、槲皮素

槲皮素是一自植物的多酚成分,也是天然抗胺,能有效抗敏,建莓果、秋葵、洋中取

 

 

10、共麻油酸(CLA)

取的共麻油酸,除了能降低敏症,也可以少抗敏物的取,最重要的是遵循,食助。建花籽油、葵花油、羊肉、牛肉、乳品等食物中充

 

 

些食物要少吃

 

高敏敏指出,充的素,才能助身抗炎少敏不。不,光是增加好食物不,日常生活中也有一些身更容易炎的地雷要避免:

 

1、加工食品:添加物多,容易造成慢性炎

2、不新海或易敏食物:菌分解生胺,敏更重

3、量咖啡因及甜食:造成水黏膜保力下降,肌更乾燥敏感
