新北市1名姓人，去年用姓保母照女，4月後她方丈夫口中得知，丈夫竟利用接送女之便，多次方生性行，自拍多段性影片，而女提告求，新北地院判女30元，全案仍可上。
了解，去年5月，找姓保母照女，方定托育2021年5月1日到2022年4月30日，去年9月，察姓丈夫保母甚密，利用Line繁，而起了疑心。
去年10月9日凌晨4，女丈夫查看妻子手，赫然妻子丈夫的性影片；同日清晨730分，女丈夫利用妻子手打，告知性影片一事，2人便在住家，一同影片男女主角，而得知去年8月至10月，男女偷情近10次。
