正食健康密切相。61博仁分享其三餐容,其中,他在早餐喝的糖豆中,加入蛋白粉、卵磷脂粉、黑芝麻粉,「其中,卵磷脂除了能增力,能防脂肪肝。」

功能家、博仁在健康目中表示,他早餐基本上是半五、1杯糖豆、1蛋。「了充蛋白,我在豆中,再添加一匙蛋白粉、量的芝麻粉卵磷脂粉。」

黑芝麻含有生素E、抗氧化物 :粉易被人吸收

他明,由於期蛋白不足,容易肌少症,因此他充蛋白粉;黑芝麻含有生素E、抗氧化物,但要打成粉,人吸收的效果佳。

博仁表示,卵磷脂是大物「乙醯」的主要原料。台失智症患者有30人,有上百人知功能退化。卵磷脂含的,有助於持力,能防脂肪肝。

至於午餐,他或做主菜,偶也吃腿、胸肉,便有一蛋、半碗米、3份蔬菜。晚餐包括半碗、3份蔬菜,肉或肉,豆干、豆腐蛋交替食用,及1/4芭,水果有以果或奇果做替。
