: 皇后(Melinda Katz)14日晚家委(Parent Advisory Board)共同召，邀市教育卡札(Richard Carranza)向出席心市教育的民解其提倡的教育新，及市府所提供的服；中一裔民反卡札，是否裔少族群而欲除特殊高中入考(SHSAT)，引，卡札重申政策目的提供更多生考取高中的，重各族裔生在校多元展和有平等受教。
卡札表示，他上任七月，不各校校、老、生家接，他了解皇后民都相小孩送入校，「是一好象，代表家孩子方都很努力」，其伴而的度也是市府重新定政策的一；他，市教育局(DOE)已提出170元的五年本(five year capital plan)，是市公校系中最大模的建施，「我款88元，在未五年新增57000校座位，而其中25000座位留在皇后」。
中也迎各校、家提，一位裔民卡札欲取消特殊高中入考，疑其是否因裔生占11％而忽略其益，出言疑卡札在族上有偏等激性言；卡札重申，他非特定族群服，而是全市人民教育著想，「市是唯一靠考成定取特殊高中的城市，我不特定族裔力而改，而是全市生提供更多入高中」。
