Buggy Charley stands out as a stylish companion which is particularly suitable for when living in a city. Featuring a low weight of only 8 kg Charley is not only small and compact, but also the lightest buggy in the compact segment.
With just a few simple steps, this adorable buggy can be folded into a small, compact and free-standing unit.
Its seat unit is easy to remove and by using adaptors you can either attach a carrycot or most standard infant car seats to the chassis - that way, you can use Charley as a pram or travel system. (Infant car seat and carrycot are not included in delivery.)
Seat unit and carrycot can be adjusted in height by using adaptors. The push bar as well as the canopy are also height adjustable.
In order to make your child feel relaxed and comfortable during the ride in the Charley, you can adjust the large seat unit in three different levels.
The 5-point harness keeps your little passenger safe in the seat and protects him from falling out.

70%菌藏地底 量比地表生物多

喝牛奶防骨 人各都流失

牛奶富含高，人人都知道喝牛奶可以充，防骨疏症，但是有一人例外。提醒，罹患乳糖不耐症的人，法透喝牛奶；反而牛奶喝得越多，各素流失越加重，建可以酪乳、格，或是多取豆干、深色蔬菜。
7成人 患有乳糖不耐症
中民骨疏前理事、明大院暨防院床教授再指出，人患有乳糖不耐症者，高7成以上，尤其成年人的生率高，因人中缺乏可分解乳糖的乳糖酶酵素，使得乳糖有先消化，就直接被菌代，而生大量的，致生道的。
一喝牛奶就腹 法吸收
再教授表示，牛奶的成分中，超9成以上是乳糖，乳糖不耐症患者一旦喝了牛奶，很容易出腹、腹痛、腹、打嗝等不症；若是生重腹，道不及吸收食物中的素，就完全排出外，也法加以利用，各素都可能缺乏。
2大骨高危族群 做
再教授建，成年人每日取量1000毫克，停後女及老年人骨疏症高危族群，取量增加至1500毫克，可日常食中取，例如牛奶、豆干、小乾、深色蔬果等食物，有乳糖不耐症者可可以酪乳、格。
