（中央社者台北17日）外商商仲世邦魏理仕太市新品牌在域展店情形，2014年到2017年，太新品牌海外展店最中、香港和台市，其中日品牌的美、服、餐受迎。
世邦魏理仕今天「2018年崛起的太品牌」研究告示，受惠於中及南市成，太市零售品牌在展店；2014年到2017年，太品牌在所有新品牌（若扣除餐品牌）中，占比由17%增至30%。
太零售品牌中，日本品牌占所有新品牌的34%、占18%，些日品牌海外展店尤其，它最青的海外市以中、香港、台三地最受迎。
世邦魏理仕及交易服部主管民指出，太品牌在海外展店，部分原因品牌母的市已和，加上人市消者喜好多、房引新品牌以持商力，在文化近度及大流行文化的推波助下，日、品牌的美保健、流行服及特色餐，皆能引消者高度趣。
察台北零售市表，查果示，太潮流品牌如Christian Dada、override、KBF今年台店，示洲流行文化受台消者迎。若加餐品牌，台展店更是，也最受本地消者喜。
查示，2018年上半年持到餐品牌台展店，品牌年度大增55%。除了本地消者喜外，百者增加曝光度及吸引客，引各美食，台消者日系美食的接受度其他家，上半年台插旗的餐者有6成5日本品牌。
世邦魏理仕台研究部主管李嘉察近年新品牌在台偏好，8成新品牌百商，主要是看中商的集客力宣力。百者了凸商的差性而引新品牌。台北南西商圈及忠孝路商圈百者今年完成改及整位，且未月台北即幕的新商，下半年可望到更多新品牌台，全年新品牌超越去年。（：郭萍英） 1070917
