英九公室於修法大反，批修法是性修法、「」；敦，不能溯及既往是最基本的原，因《家密保法》非蔡英文任才制定的法律，若在要修法溯及既往，不符合修法的基本原，相信民不。

管制「行」非出境期限

行政院言人Kolas Yotaka指出，修法未任何人或，但安不能打折，向朝方向修法。事上，行政院版的《岸人民例》修正草案在2017年7月函立法院後，去3期以都被列先草案，因此期也不例外。
