逼婚、催生、工作，今年春9天年假，不少人是一想到年假很、有理由不回家就愁眉苦，全因年最怕被父母、被戚西，甚至有症者因此始焦、失眠、，精神科建，面躲不掉的假，不妨5招整心情，好渡假。
田所精神科主任施佳佐表示，每年早在年假之前，就有不少民因始焦、恐害怕、、失眠、情起伏大、而就，其中有的症患者就有2、3成之多。
今年年假例，就有一名自北上求的22女大生，不堪父母常吵架，偏偏又因9天年假很，有理由不回家，不知怎，引爆症作，被友人著就。
施佳佐，如果回家真的成力源，一想到假就始焦的人，可以利用些小技巧避令自己不舒服的情形，例如只回家吃年夜，或者只待短日子，一旦感已超自己能荷的程度，或家人彼此始度敏感的甚至突，最好以工作及由提前。
也可以找朋友到家一同年，充「滑」！施佳佐表示，是因有外人在，家人之就不放面情；如果能力可，也可乾脆安排全家一同出，移突注意力。
精神科亦提供5方式助症者渡假：
（1）自己情有察，倘自己有度情形，恐慌焦失眠加，可上作力量表（台人量表），分超即建就。
（2）自我放技巧，如：深呼首吸、做等，助自己情先和。
（3）透商自己清力源及共同找找便宜路商品更好及方式。
（4）年假期可能需要及遇到的事先，放假前可能遇到情境先演，可如何量的物。
（5）提早安排假，也可自我意，安排不同方案。

一的刷犯罪，有露出的候，今年2月份日本京警方逮捕到了4名台嫌犯，而台警方追查，7月揪出了提款手、取料和主嫌共14人，初步了解犯罪期，刷了100多，10行受害失143元，主嫌精品店想做本生意，竟然私下卡刷集，以在外犯罪台警察以查，最是一接一被揪出。
