20130119 平底烤

因念日本的花干,所以想自己烤看看....

一始想一烤,後得使用率不高不划算,所以又找替代方案,想到平底可以一下,因此上查了case,最後定用箔模式烤(也可避免油污)~

原本只有,



想再加一鲭一起烤才不浪瓦斯,便比一下,



在後小火,然後放入包好的片,如果怕可先清洗,但要把水拭乾(可用抹布),才不肉太(我喜烤硬一比有嚼)


(我是背面先烤,後剖面朝下就可以也比漂亮,另想吃不同口味也可把香草放去一起烤或沾粉)



烤20-40分就差不多了,(20分就熟了,烤久一的,比有嚼,骨也比酥)



比了的口感,干的皮比好吃,但有太(然薄,可日本人吃的粉==")

而鲭因剖面平整且油脂富,烤的好吃(或可算煎吧,被本身逼出的油煎到),而且才69元,CP值不~

是我除了奶酪外得最的料理了^^(後有又一,多了後,子size有不大)
