此首《Who Knows Where The Time Goes》英民女歌手Sandy Denny所，最初只成demo，後曾短加入The Strawbs，又再此曲收在的《All Our Own Work》中，唯版本仍只是Denny自己吉他伴奏的唱，然此版本在1967即好，但直到6年後的1973才行 ( 有可能是歌曲的量不，或是有其他行的。)。1968，Sandy Denny加入了民Fairport Convention，此曲再被收在1969的《Unhalfbricking》中，而此次的版本重新曲，加入了一些元素，穿全曲的吉他主奏，不好也具特色。

Sandy Denny能又能唱，在1970及1971曾音票「最佳英女歌手」之一，但在人唱事的展也不遂， 1977的《Rendezvous》售不佳，甚至遭唱片公司。在家庭、事的力下，喝酒嗑，且有燥症的向 ( 1977年7月，早生下了一女，可能也包含了有「後症」。)，常有些序行，像是酒後「自摔」或是「自」吸引旁人的注，然都未造成重害，但保下次一定不？1978/03，又梯上摔下，次撞到了硬物。之後由於感到痛，了止痛Dextropropoxyphene ( 右丙氧芬？)，但服用此再加上喝酒，生致命的副作用。1978/04，由於丈夫女返澳洲 ( 不告而 )，Sandy Denny去住朋友家，日朋友外出，但不放心，另找人去家探，果然Denny倒在梯且已失去意。送急救仍判死，最後丈夫同意拔管，也於束了Denny 31年的生命。

美女歌手Judy Collins於1968翻唱此曲，先是作另首歌曲的B面，再又行作的名。2007，此曲被英BBC Radio 2 的最受迎的民歌曲，也是Sandy Denny最知名的歌曲。
