人生的遇真的很奇妙，有看人中了「大」，大家都慕得要死，他自己不，因不是他真正想要的。Clint Holmes，首《Playground In My Mind》( 心中的 ) 大概也像是情。
Clint Holmes出生於英的Bournemouth，幼搬回的水牛城。由於母是爵士及英文歌的歌唱家，受其影之下，Holmes自生期即始唱歌。越期，投入旅在中合唱待了三年。退伍後正式展其歌唱事，在盛特及美岸一的夜店走唱。
某晚Holmes在巴哈的天堂 ( Paradise Island ) 作秀，受到了歌曲作家及唱片作人Paul Vance的注意，告知Holmes他和搭Lee Pockriss手有些歌正在找演唱人，也Holmes表得非常出色。是故，Holmes回去後不久就去了Paul Vance，Vance高度推此首《Playground In My Mind》，且心中也已有了作定 ( 要由Paul Vance 9的子一起副歌的唱 )。Holmes知道後坦白表示，他其中意另一首《There's No Future in My Future》。而最後的是首歌都 ( 正反面 )，到再看哪一首出。
此曲於1972行，Holmes也在好演唱打歌，未生任何，眼看已是以失告，Holmes始注在其他的事。同年11月，堪斯州的一目作人，此曲起像是耶音，就之入了耶唱片之中，想到因此而爆，在排行榜一路攀升，1973在的位置停留了。
也算是一首「」歌曲，在日常生活中遇到了挫折，藉由回童年的快美好光，得的心慰藉。Holmes其不想被定位童 ( nursery rhyme ) 歌手，故不言此曲反而他有些受。在心解之下，也很少演唱此曲推自己，再加上Holmes之後其他成功的曲，也或是大家然得首《Playground In My Mind》，很想得起原唱者是的原因吧！
