Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Some high schools require all students to wear school uniforms. Other high schools permit students to decide what to wear to school. Which of these two school policies do you think is better? Use specific reasons and examples to support your position.
I think high school should require all students to wear school uniforms because of the three reasons following. First, uniform means a symbol of the school. Moreover, the uniform is signed for youth and it can be suitable to wear. Finally, some high school students have not much money to buy a high price clothes and uniform prevent them to be prejudiced.
Sometimes we can see the employees in uniform in a large company or clear restaurant, and this view makes us comfortable and respectable. They are in a professional symbol. In the same words, a good school has the uniforms for the students to provoke their honor of school. For example, many universities do not rule their students to wear uniform but the students make the uniforms of the department for themselves. They think the uniform means their identification.
Furthermore, I hardly accept the students wear strange clothes or party suit in school day but not for special activities or some special festival. Undoubtedly, the youth always love to be a unique in the teams, but they go the campus where is the place for studying and learning, not for party. So the uniform is signed for youth and it can be suitable to wear. Moreover, students would not cost much time to make up but should concentrate on their subjects.
Finally, some high school students have not much money to buy expensive clothes and wear uniforms makes them prevent from to be discriminated. As high as I concerned, uniform maybe entropy but it means fair on the other hand.
In conclusion, I agree that high schools should require all students to wear school uniforms because of the three reasons above I mentioned, the icon, the identification, and the fair.
