patented belt tensioning system ensures that the Britax Römer child car seat King II is installed in a

18邱丹石垣敲2安 新球季盼先好自己

人年改放 ：世
【台醒者羿菲台北】「人年金改革不天花板，是不是因退役上校德生意外往生，蔡政府端出安的空？」民立委乃辛13日引用退主委邱正的言，在立法院疑，政府言而有信，不能到最後什都有。行政院清德，「人年改法案的本就『特惠』，不因事件而放一利多，邱主委的想法在年改小中。」
人年金改革是民新期的最先法案，反「溯及既往」的退役人在立法院外「埋造」1年多政府高官，遂不地在2月27日撞立法院抗，不幸成退役上校往生意外，蔡政府遂下年改步，副建仁更在15日二度邀委再通。
蔡政府的人年改版本中，服役20年的起支俸率50％，鼓官久任，每多服役1年的中以下官士兵均每年增2.5％、上2％，最高可90％，但此版本多位委疑有「厚高官」的疑，因此主要降退役人的天花板。但新任的退主委邱正不太同人年改置天花板，他在一位待久了，退休俸率一定高，只需要探究其中原因就可排除厚高官的疑。
「邱主委不合置天花板的，是否因上校抗往生，蔡政府才化立？」乃辛13日在立法院表示，前行政院林全始研人年金改革法案，但行文防部、教育部部等部，要求加宣「不公年金，一定要改」的公文，等於是以理人年改，是非常不好的方式，也引起退役人不。
乃辛，「我不希望邱主委『不天花板』的法，只是政府了安退役人的情，到最後版本依然未改，政府要有信，必取信於民。」
「人年改法案，不因上校的事件而放一利多。」清德表示，政府基於一身戎、功在家，在法案本就特遇，而政府照退休人同胞的生活是庸置疑的，但法案容需要年改小好好，秉持合情、合理及衡平性的原，邱主委的不天花板想，相信在年改小中有所。
邱正解，置天花板可能造成公平性的，「以中校例，在中待21年退伍，待24年退伍，者的提率也不同，定是24年退伍的中校得多，若有天花板的，造成2人年金的相。」他也曾外表，若通，希望3月底能人年改法案送到立法院，同步公教年改法案，在7月1日一起上路。
