C肝化程 由中度至重度 肝癌急升
肝化的重程度已知肝癌正相，最新研究更，C肝病毒患者的肝化若中度(F2)展到重度(F3)，肝癌便急遽上升。目前政府C肝全口服新的健保付件中，入重度化(F3)C肝患者，肝策除了呼政府於下半年度放至中度化(F2)患者，提倡民主掌握肝化，有化就通追治。
台肝研究暨社法人台肝病策、台大座教授高嘉宏指出，肝是沉默的器官，若反覆炎，胞持慢性，疤又修程，肝常增多、逐硬，此程即是所的肝化。肝化(Fibrosis，F)分5期，F0化，F1是度化，F2是中度，F3到重度，F4已肝硬化。及早治才能避免肝硬化、肝癌憾事生。因此，民主心、掌握自己的「肝化指」甚重要。
高雄大附中和念院肝胰科暨高雄大特聘教授余明隆以皮受例，「如同皮受之後疤，原本柔、光滑的肝若反覆炎，胞破，已修也生疤。」他比喻，F0F1的肝如同新的生肝，光亮、感光滑；F2像是煮熟的肝，色黯淡、感略硬；F3像是熟肝放冷之後，色逐黑，感硬；F4等同於肝硬化初期，肝如同木柴一硬梆梆，又作「柴肝」。
有病毒就治，化重肝癌就增加，F2患者肝癌更是急遽增加。高雄大附中和念院去年於知名期刊《床癌症研究》(ClinicalCancerResearch)表研究。院追高三家域院共1281名C肝患者5.5年，患者平均50.6(正11.4)。分析，年(40以上)F2都是大幅增加肝癌的重要危因子。
研究主持人余明隆教授表示，根的研究料示：相於F0-F1患者，F2未治患者罹肝癌率6.55倍，照F0-F1患者的率3.7倍，示未治肝化F1化展到F2，罹患肝癌的率提升2.7倍。
根大院分析2006年到2013年在院治的C肝病人，37.5%是F3F4患者，上述患者目前符合健保付全口服物之治件，但62.4%患者不符合健保付件。高嘉宏教授呼政府下半年度放付至F2，36.7%F2C肝患者受惠。
成世界生2030消除病毒性肝炎目，目前包含日、、澳洲等，除了找出病人，C型肝炎治都不定治件，只要感染C肝都符合治件。高嘉宏教授表示，降低C肝患者人，期望政府快定、行完整的家型C肝防治，放健保付治件，主推C肝根治。此外，要加速根除C肝，需要更有效能的物。
