批柯文哲「家」之是 王世：人精

一身下流行的扮，康和期部理傅威，平日是一二的超，身一，成役不的人三比的，勤於耐力爆力的他，不身心持佳，更於4月挑於台的「Challenge Taiwan」分前三名。
5年前，傅威在同事邀下接慢跑，起先是以休出，接著始自行，成平日的嗜好，一次因下，有人建他可以朝「人三」目，就此，了他的人三生涯。
傅威，原先不游泳，但友人的建，他自己有慢跑、踏的根基，如能加上游泳，就可以有一事可以自身的成果；他身力行再度成游泳，人三技能。
傅威每日下班後，至少固定做一，以持一定的。他回，起初在河公慢跑2公里就喘吁吁，不磨後心肺功能越越好，在跑半（21公里）都不感疲累；假日也乎以此三，慢跑或後，也透游泳放肌肉。
傅威熟悉且地，所的「人三」，其是指226K的「超」，也就是游泳3.8公里、180公里、路跑42公里的集合，不，因困度十足，如今也展出「半超」、「」、「半」等事。
2014年10月，傅威加了生平第一次的人三，是在台的「半」，然在程中，身心疲意志力不拉，也度想在中途放，但不屈不咬牙後，完後的喜，傅威一次次向更高的挑。
傅威分享，前年加IRONMAN在丁的事，因丁在台最南端，以天宜，忽略凌晨水有18度，未穿上防寒衣的果，就是在冰冷的海水中狂打冷，之後的事不管天冷，不再忘好防寒衣。
每次辛苦完後，喊著不再的傅威，最後都是重拾情再，他用「可救」形容自己於人三的喜；今年4月底，Challenge Taiwan在台事，他信誓旦旦名了226K的「超」。
傅威不知不中，又露出分析到的特，他真分析，以往能分前3名的者，大多在12半小完，他以近期自主的成估，今年可望得前3名的佳。了此次的人，傅威全力以赴，不平日持肌力耐力，也不的「力」，傅威解：「游泳完後上踏、完踏後又要有力量慢跑，不同肌肉群的，其才是人三中最重要的。」
傅威每天的食也度律，早餐只吃三明治和水煮蛋，中午以便果腹，是一天中取蛋白最多的刻，晚餐食「果、片、果、奇果、果」。
有如此健康的食，是了低脂肪，傅威，脂肪太高容易影表，他考手的餐，出一套自己的食，目在4月的人事登前，13％的脂率再下降1百分至12％。
如果不是在事的期，傅威的食也此健康的生清相去不，且每日晚11就，凌晨630分起床上班。他，自持的律睡眠食後，近2、3年都有感冒，如果真的非得算上小感冒，大也有2次，而且很快痊，精神也得佳。
傅威，身的化不是短就能悟，是自己持的生活半年後，才始出以往有的，不整人得盈，也不易生病，他也始相信，每超半小之後，大生的「啡」累的愉快感涓滴成河，是他得其他人更不同的原因。
目前，傅威是每月康和期可的超，更能在行有力之以人三增魄，凡事都想向峰挑的他，此次超目後，期待能向更多的限事前。
