3的小弟、咳嗽、流鼻水3天，到急全身痛、食不佳，比奇怪的是小弟弟的手法自行高，於是建家小朋友住院察治；到了晚上，小弟弟的病情急直下，不只手，、也力，而在病床上，，加上抽血脊髓液、病原集培、部影像影等一串查，最後定病人「病毒D68型感染所致的急性肢麻症候群」
限定商品大力推，此成大第一例病毒D68型感染重症案。
成大院小急科郭馥君表示，小弟弟住院期，成大院小科使用了免疫球蛋白、血置，配合加病房照，他的四肢活已慢慢恢，出院已能坐，但法站立行走，因此小病人自去年十二月染病至今仍持健治中。
在台，夏天是病毒的流行期，而病毒的分型非常多，每病毒感染後的表也都不太一。生福利部疾管署病毒疫情料示，目前主要流行的病毒仍以克沙奇A型主，但仍持有D68型、71型及克沙奇B型等案生。而一般人於病毒重症案多聚焦於病毒71型的感染，但106年以，病毒重症案有高5成是病毒D68 型。
郭馥君，病毒D68型初期症就像感冒，以、流鼻水、咳嗽主，少出一般人所熟知的疱疹性咽炎或手足口症等典型病毒表，但病童可能在感染後3-7天因病毒侵入部脊髓等中神，突然生肢力的情形。另外，有喘的童也要小心，病毒D68型也容易有肺部侵犯，致病童呼吸急促，甚至呼吸衰竭。
郭馥君指出，目前全世界治D68型病毒的不多，良好的抗病毒物可供治使用，一般只能行支持性治；病毒侵犯中神致急性肢麻症候群，依床考予免疫球蛋白、固醇等治，更重的重症案如呼吸衰竭的行呼吸支持，心肺衰竭的予克膜治。
不，病毒D68型的防方法其他病毒大致相同，郭馥君，最有效的防方法仍是做好人手部生，流行期幼童少出入的公共所，落生病在家休息等措施，以降低播。她也呼民留意家中幼健康，如有急性肢力速送。
