有良好的睡眠品身心健康至重要,但多者受失眠所苦,期失眠不影心理健康,可能增加多慢性疾病的,但泰Mahidol University的研究的研究,「肌力」更有助於改善者的失眠,能提升整健康生活品。

 

「肌力」竟能你睡更好

研究分析了2022年10月以前表的 24 床,些研究共涉及 2,045名60以上的者,平均年70。使用「全球匹堡睡眠品指」估睡眠改善情,涵了多型的,包括有氧、肌力、平衡、柔度以及合。

 

分析果示,合可改善睡眠品指2.35分,而有氧可提升 4.35分。然而,研究一步透合分析比各效果,「肌力」的表最突出,可提升睡眠品指5.75分,於有氧和合。

睡眠教育也能改善者睡眠品 但其效果有限

但研究提到,管部分研究示「睡眠教育(成按就和起床的生活)」也有助於改善睡眠,但具容尚未明定,且效果仍不如肌力。凸了,特是肌力,在改善者睡眠品方面的重要性。
