I don’t usually right reviews on shoes but I had to write about these shoes. First of all let me say I’m not a “runner” I only run about 4 miles per week. I’m not training for a marathon and I’m just a guy that is getting more into running slowly. I am writing this review based on the durability of this shoe. My right foot is half a size smaller than my left, so the carbon fiber plate in this shoe makes the right shoe slip off my heel. The lockdown in the shoe is great but I was not anticipating that little snag. I really put some strength into those shoestrings and that shoe really locked down!! They are fantastic shoes and are still doing great! I was worried the shoe would fray or just flat out snap but it just locks me down and I’m off!! Great job, great shoe!
Good for running and bad for anything else

I thought these would be bouncy, comfortable, and breathable. That was true but I you are not traveling in a straight line, they are not good because of the narrow heel.

Best shoe I've ever had Highly Responsive, Durable, Breathable, Light, Propels Forward, Encourages high cadence, Good for racing OR training, sleek and simple aesthetics, right amount of traction with some “float" for road. Overall this is the first shoe I've owned that literally feels like a "ride", it automatically puts me in a more efficient and proper "forward leaning posture" without having to constantly think about fixing that. It did take about 1-2 weeks to get used to the carbon fiber, as I used to run in predominantly bendy shoes. Now that my arches have adapted they feel just perfect. Speaking of arches, I’m so glad these have very little, allowing feet to function without the “crutch” effect.
I can't wait to put them on for each run, they make running so much more enjoyable and fun, riding through the miles. Bravo Nike Designers! Now I just need to set up Go-Fund-Me to try the Nike Vapor Fly ;-)

曹世表示，在是流感季，疾管局今年流感高峰期落在春假，民咳嗽注意到底得到流感或普通感冒，若慢性咳嗽考可能是菌感染或更重的其它肺病，宏仁院引CT及中心MRI可民查，及早，及早治。

生科（6492）旗下癌新美史丹佛大，可死癌胞，；利多除了加速年底向美FDA申床（IND）外，也申罕科疾病先查（PRV）格，若利取得，在值1.25美元到3.5美元。
史丹佛近日於全球知名的重要期刊”Science Signaling”表一床前的研究文，CX-4945可死癌胞，且接受治的小鼠存活期更超一年，正面消息也CX-4945未有取代有的治物，攻全球高近千台的瘤治物商下，激生科昨（2）日股直奔停，以78.1元作收，有407高。
生科表示，品美史丹佛大共同，美童瘤盟合作，年底向美申床（IND），目前已美癌症研究中心（NCI）全助床，估模300美元。
由史丹佛大Dr. Teresa Purzner主行的一盲、小鼠中，照物vismodegib是由美Genentech，也是第一被FDA核准、Hedgehog（Hh）路的SMO蛋白抑制，藉由Hh路的息，抑制癌胞的生。但vismodegib的效烈不持久，容易造成癌胞的抗性，瘤大概在治6～7月後就。
因此，在超四千化合物後，史丹佛中了生科的CX-4945，不但可以控SMO的下游基因，直接或接影三Hh路的息，比SMO的一靶更有力，因有任何突可以突破三道卡。
生科表示，床的髓母胞瘤，在美於罕科疾病，若床利，同步申罕科疾病先查（PRV）格，PRV可以大，短查，加速品上市，相市料指出，近年成交格1.25美元到3.5美元不等。
