尿的人吃起 4食物你膀胱

 

泌尿科所朱信院分享四改善尿的食物,你上所的路,少走一!

 

1、蛋白增肌力

像是肉、海、蛋些蛋白,不只能肌肉,能助化骨盆底肌,於支膀胱、改善尿超。尤其多中年男性因骨盆底肌退化,尿特明。

2、南瓜籽膀胱

看它小小一,面有、、植物固醇和木酚素,不只抗氧化,能舒膀胱、增肌肉力量,是一「泌尿道的保豆」!

 

 

3、芋膀胱膜

然芋不能直接化肌力,但它能助膀胱黏膜健康,少膀胱因刺激而度收,自然也能改善尿。皮屋

4、杏助排尿

杏不只好,它有「收除」的作用,能改善排尿不、尿、小便混等。但要注意喔,杏不可量,建量取、不要。

 

 

四食材怎吃? 用料理看

 

到吃,不只知道食材好,怎吃肚子才是重! 四改善尿的好物,其都超好料理,乎不用多力:

 

.蛋白(肉、海、蛋)

胸肉可以做成水煮沙拉,撒胡椒和橄油;海像是、仁也可以清蒸或做成粥; 煎蛋、茶碗蒸、蛋豆腐都能快速足蛋白。重是清淡、不,才不反刺激膀胱。

.南瓜籽

早餐可以撒在格、燕粥或沙拉,增加口感也便充好油脂。也可以炒一小下酒菜(但太),甚至磨成粉拌入,都非常方便。、味的更佳!

杏炒丁、炒芹菜,或煮入生都很合!但因杏不宜量,一次只要就好。市售有些包熟杏也能心吃,但得要量。尤其有慢性病的朋友建先或。
