5月15天北跳7次，30日下午苗栗通霄又跳，苗栗通霄、苑、三共7停1.5小。部沈津31日被立委有缺危，他明，北7跳事件中，有3件、施工不良3件、子零件不良1件，台正在查通霄有否人疏失，化保工作，7月的可5-6%，不致有缺。

台董事甫回覆，已5年600多元汰老、配系自化、地下化及增被覆等5大措施，化力供系，目前也正在化噪音及地等大分析，6月再明。在太能光部分，一始就有考到被特定商用的, 所以定要在一年完成施工，施工者要先跟台完成的工作，目前定2周要回申案。
