中天目:同行。主持人雅婷(右)、住商不言人徐佳馨(中天新)徐佳馨指出,近期有多家知名建商出降消息,不部公文外流,也有登示,部分案出10%至20%的降幅度。其中甚至有建案出每坪利20元;另有者不直接降,改以「送潢、送家」的方式吸引,以避免已客生不。
中天目:同行主持人雅婷。(中天新)此外,市也出罕的「退金」情形。台南有建案出最高退到200元金,即便者澄清190,但仍震撼市,示房市入修正段。而高雄亦有建商表示「式整售」,示市策略更加活。

徐佳馨建,消者若有自住需求,可注具重大建或科技材的星城市,如三重、淡水、洲等,因生活能完善且房相民,是移居置的力。她也提醒,不必期待房腰,但市回提供更多空,屋人慎估自身件,合的域。
