巧克立杏仁角燕片乾

自消耗吃不完松露巧克力的乾食

配方

  • 松露巧克立-12(隔水加)
  • 全粉 - 200g
  • 杏仁角-50g
  • 燕片-50g
  • 粉-20g
  • 蛋: 1
  • 橄油: 40g
  • 牛奶水: 50g(35g水+15g奶粉)

作法

把上述的材料拌,做成

整型放入好的烤箱 - 200度C, 30分..(我的是尚朋堂的烤箱), 180度, 30分

心得:

配方不,加一些糖可能比好吃

橄油看起很油,其一都不保油,油烤一烤就不了,感有乾,果然跟奶油的烤法要有不一。

有,奶油烤60分都有不熟,配方烤60分就有小焦了,下次用配方只能烤40分
