摘 要
〈生主〉《子》七篇中最主要子生思想的一篇。不此篇明生之道,含子的整人生哲。故本文的探方式是以〈生主〉篇主,按原文作理的分析而其中悟出子之生思想,再由此生思想而通七篇之重要理,期能子之人生哲有一真了解。最後借由子的生思想及人生哲今社流行的生思想及人的生命作一反思,希望能者因今社象所生的疑惑及提供一解之道。 本文首先近文本先作段落分析,接著古今者「生」及「生」的各解中求一最切的,接著再首段「生」「知」之反及「有涯」「涯」之反作理之展,再入各寓言故事的析。其中「庖丁解牛」的技道、心性及精神;「右之介」的形德立形安命;「雉啄」的重性和精神自由的思想;以及「秦失老聃」的天安命等生死、冥化及物化的生命和最後薪火的最意等等都是本篇文要探求的重要,其後出〈生主〉的主,以及生的要旨和功夫,也就是「督以」一的。 面著瞬息的社象,人心上的空和不安感日俱增;另一方面代人富多元的物享,也悄然地消磨了人生命之中最的精神本,如何找一生命的出口,生活中的困、焦躁、、挫折找到解套的方法?子的生哲正可吾人指引一「心」方向吧。

Abstract
Chapter “Yang Sheng Zhu” is a chapter among inner seven chapters of “Zhuangzi” which mainly explores life nurture thinking of Zhuangzi. But this chapter, while superficially exploring way to promote health, is actually permeated with Zhuangzi’s complete living philosophy. Because of this, this dissertation has set Chapter “Yang Sheng Zhu” as the main theme of exploration. We have conducted structural analyses on line of thinking in accordance with the original text and as a result, have learned about Zhuangzi’s way to promote health. By understanding Zhuangzi’s thinking along this line, we have expanded our understanding by reading through important ideas contained in all seven inner chapters. It is hoped that we can have an accurate understanding of Zhuangzi’s living philosophy. Finally, we are conducting a re-examination of life nurture-related modern concepts and life by studying Zhuangzi’s life nurture ideas and living philosophy and hope that a solution can be offered regarding misgivings and worries in modern society witnessed by the writer.
First of all this dissertation has drawn analytical charts on sectional structures based on closest original text. Then a suitable interpretation among various interpretations of “living” and “life nurture” by modern and ancient scholars has been found. Afterwards an extended interpretation is made with the contrast between “living” and “knowing” and the contrast between “with border” and “without border” in the first section. Here analyses and discussion of fables are introduced. Of them, one can see technique and the day, heart, character, and spirit in “A Cook Cutting Up an Ox” ; viewpoints regarding contrast between shape and virtue and feeling at ease with destiny and departing from shape in “You Shih Zhi Jie,” thoughts of re-adaptation and spiritual freedom in “Zhe Zhi Zhuo Yin,” and viewpoint on life with agreement of heavenly way and destiny by understanding life and death, changes, and materialization and ultimate significance of passing on to posterity at the very end in “Chin Shih Diao Lao Dan.” These are all important topics explored in this dissertation. Afterwards we have summed up the main theme of “Yang Sheng Zhu.” We have discovered that the gist and cultivation of “life nurture” is expounded by “Chi” Going through Du Meridian ”.
Faced with rapidly changing social environment, people are increasingly feeling empty and uneasy. On the other hand, people nowadays enjoy diversified material abundance, which contributes to the attrition of precious intrinsic spirit. How to find an outlet in life as well as a solution to difficulties, anxiety, fear, and frustration in actual life? Zhuangzi’s way of “life nurture” can show us a way agreeable with the heart.
