我在 IDEA Utimate 里面下载的该插件，并在custom vm options里面添加了如下配置：

--add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.api=ALL-UNNAMED --add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.coe=ALL-UNNAMED --add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.file=ALL-UNNAMED --add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.parser=ALL-UNNAMED --add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.tree=ALL-UNNAMED --add-exports jdk.compiler/com.sun.tools.javac.util=ALL-UNNAMED 

但是，它还是提示需要设置：

The google-java-format plugin needs additional configuration before it can be used. Follow the instructions here.

这是 Bug 还是我设置的问题？
