7 Java Engineers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leader to analyze the functional need, propose and design technical solution based on the understanding of functional needs
• Define the technical documentation of the new requirements/projects
• Able to troubleshoot, independently fix the defects from support
• Independently code, build, unit test and deploy for a new release in the cloud
• Acilitate the Code Review to ensure the code quality of the whole service and system
• Guarantee the delivery quality and time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years working experience Java backend development
• Have team spirit, good communicator, listener, and co-worker
• Experience in Java
• Familiar with MySQL, Redis, MQ

5 Web Engineers

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to analyze project needs, propose technical solution based on understanding
• Follow development process and deliver project on schedule with acceptable quality
• Compose technical documents for necessary
• Track and analyze project issues, conduct trouble shooting and bug fixing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in web development
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals including basic understanding about Design Patterns and MVC framework
• Experience with framework using React / Angular / Vue.js
• Deploy and maintaining web applications on cloud platforms
• Network and Web security (secured cert service and mgmt., DNS, firewall and etc)
• Development experience with WeChat eco system is a great plus
• Considerable experience with Agile development process with respect to developing user stories, scoping and estimating the tasks for the sprints and collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill the sprints
• Be enthusiastic about technology and creative and tenacious in your approach to problem solving

2 QA Engineers

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Document results of tests for the software development team
• Design and implement automation infrastructure
• Write test scripts and execute automation scripts across all functional areas
• Work with Software Development Engineers to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software whitebox/blackbox testing experience
• Extensive experience in software development and testing
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Familiar with one or more programming language, including Python, C, Java, and shell script
• Experience in scripting, automation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision

2 Data Engineers

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS/Aliyun regions.
• Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working in data engineer or a similar role in data warehouse team preferred.
• Solid programming/scripting skills, like Python, Java, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, etc.
• Good understanding of database principles and SQL beyond just data access.
• Good understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, experience with modeling data and metadata to support relational & non-relational database implementations; experience with building Logical and Physical data models.
• Familiar with various data tools and open source data processing frameworks. E.g. Spark, ElasticSearch, Redshift, Airflow, etc.
• Good understanding of data processing, data structure optimization and design for high scalability, availability, reliability and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

1 Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Improve existing and create new dashboards/reports based on the requirements of regional business and enterprise clients.
• Data sourcing, data quality control, data governance and raw data processing, including frequent collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build data pipelines to transfer data into business insight, analyze and build models to support business needs.
• Proactively drive fact-based, insight-led decision making to deliver sustainable commercial success.
• Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly data report on business and market activity.
• Deliver analytical projects in different fields to support different functional teams, including marketing campaign analysis, product user journey analysis.
• Deliver industry esearches to help the team understand the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, economics, information/computer science, mathematics.
• 3 years’ working experience in data analysis/data science in the Internet industry.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, working experience with Python or other programming language.
• Experience in statistics and machine learning, experience in marketing analytics, product analytics is a big plus.
• Experience in data warehousing, data ETL is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker that can effectively leverage data to deliver operationally and commercially relevant insights.
• High emotional intelligence to deal with fast work pace.
• Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment.
• Experience working or a strong interest in working at the intersection of technology and physical environments a huge plus.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities in Chinese and English.
