我向一个主机商申请退款。这是他们回的邮件，最后那句话意思是要我回信他们才能进行下一步。这个影响退款吗？

Please ensure that you have logged out of any and all hostmonster accounts you might have before selecting the cancellation link we have sent you.
Also If you want to keep the domain name and cancel the hosting just make sure to check manual or auto renew. If you check let expire your domain name will get canceled and sent to redemption.
Please reply to this email if you would like to set the account to expire or proceed with the cancellation process, otherwise I can take no action on your account.
