Solution Engineer, Payments

What You Will Do:

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities and deliver actionable payment roadmap and payment strategy
• Define objectives and analyze metrics to inform the success of payment solutions
• Working with business teams to design solutions to fulfill the business targets
• Working with design and tech team to deliver the product
• Define user stories for the app experience, helping to prioritize backlog according to product strategy and business goals
• Execute on the development of products in partnership with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, UX/Design, Marketing, Customer Service, Marketing and Business Development
• Guide projects through launch and post-launch hyper-care
• Integrate research, market analysis and usability studies into product requirements to maximize user satisfaction and run A/B tests to optimize user experience

What You Will Need:

• Degree in business, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of product development and solution experience in the design, development and launch of successful app products with an emphasis on e-commerce, online tickets, payments business

Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer, Web

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop and maintain Klook’s web applications that impact millions of users
• Work on state-of-the-art web technologies to offer the best user experiences to end users
• Work closely with product teams and business users to understand business requirements, and propose elegant and robust solutions
• Build reusable web components used in Klook products
• Work with frontend and backend teams to design and develop solutions with scale, performance, availability, and robustness
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards
• Write unit, functional, and integration tests as part of agile development processes
• Work with QA team on CI/CD and other automated or manual testing processes
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

What You Will Need:

Project Manager

What You Will Do:

• Ensure that project scope, milestones, and deliverables meet the needs of the project stakeholders
• Assess and identify the potential risks that may impact each project and implement strategies for its mitigation
• Build relevant project documents (charter, scope, project plans, status reporting, RACI, RAIDs, others) in accordance with Project Management Framework throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and measure key success metrics of each initiative

Data Management Specialist

What You Will Do:

• Administer and support a multitier Tableau infrastructure including upgrade analysis and planning, security administration, release management, troubleshooting, performance tuning and general system maintenance
• Design and build queries, reports, and dashboards using Tableau product suite adhering to established frameworks, best practices and standards
• Design, improve, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc in Tableau
• Develops and manages data dictionaries and documentation of data reporting standards
• Experiment with new features and enhancements released by Tableau and bring them into the platform & organization
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to track, monitor and resolve user's issues within the BI environment

What You Will Need:

Data Engineer

What you will do:

• Working with data team to identify opportunities for task automation and helpful tools
• Creating scripts and workflows to automate repeated data processing tasks
• Designing and developing tools for data team (internal) /analytics team (external) use to simplify complex task flows
• Assisting in quality control of quantitative and qualitative research projects

What you will need:

Data Analyst

What You Will Do:

• Partner with non-technical stakeholders (product team) to understand their analytical needs, help confirm data metrics and build data frame by asking the right questions, document and prioritize requirements
• Design, write and support extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes of user tracking data (e.g. customer lifecycle, segmentation and migration), deliver insightful data findings for business success
• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining
• Support gathering of additional data for ad-hoc analysis as needed
• Recommend different ways to constantly improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality

What You Will Need:

Penetration Tester

What you'll do

• Responsible for conducting penetration testing on web applications, mobile app (iOS, Android), systems, network, API interfaces and CMS.
• Experienced in industry frameworks OWASP, Mitre CAPEC, WASC, CWE of vulnerabilities, attack scenarios, exploitability, detectability and remediation advisory.
• Responsible for conducting security testing on application security risks such as injection, broken authentication or access control, sensitive data exposure, cross-site scripting and deserialization.
• Responsible for conducting security testing on bypassing business logic such as data validation, forged requests, process timing, rate-limiting, workflow circumvention and unexpected file uploads.
• Responsible for conducting security testing on automated attack scenarios such as account enumeration, skewing, scraping, scalping, denial of inventory, expediating and carding.
• Responsible for conducting email phishing exercises and schedule recurring playbooks by designing specific scenario type, email contents, recipient groups, education and followed by tracking and monitoring of reporting and analytics.
• Responsible for identifying new or emerging security attacks or techniques, while keeping aware of the current threat landscape and continuously updating with the evolving technology.

What you'll need

• More than 4 years of experience working in or with penetration testing teams, security operations/analysts, security administration/engineering, red-teaming teams. Advantageous to have experience in e-commerce or technology related industry.
• Knowledgeable with penetration testing tools for information gathering, testing, scanner, fuzzers, sweeping, exploiter such as Kali, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Burpsuite, OSINT, Aircrack.
• Understanding of basic programming languages such as python, C/C++ and scripting skills such as shellcode, bash, regex, and mobile languages in iOS and Android.
• Familiar with cloud environment, cloud computing services and virtualization technologies.

Security Analyst - Senior

What You Will Do:

• Experienced in performing security review of application, infrastructure, system, network and database logs, rules or security settings to identify suspicious or abnormal activities.
• Experienced in analyzing security alerts or warnings for vulnerability exploits, denial of service attacks, malware attacks, network intrusions, authorization/authentication attempts and other forms of data breaches.
• Continuously monitoring, tracking and closure of security events, requests and submissions from generated tools, systems and users.
• Responsible for conducting real-time security investigations to initiate triage, containment and remediation of security threats and other malicious activity.
• Responsible for performing deep dive into security data analytics, correlating with other sources of information, designing and executing cross queries into security information event management system.
• Building and designing security incident playbooks and operational procedures, including providing communications with other teams, evidence collection and other documentation.
• Familiar with cyber threat intelligence, being informed and aware with the current threat landscape and continuously updating with the evolving attack techniques and methods.

What You Will Need:

• At least 7 years of experience working in security operations, security monitoring and incident response.
• Knowledgeable with cloud environment, cloud computing services and virtualization technologies for servers, networks and databases.
• Familiar with common security tools for endpoint security, malware analysis, packet inspection, reverse engineering.
• Experience in close collaborations with teams in North Asia, especially China and Taiwan, would be advantageous.
