* 和产品经理，工程师一起协作，负责设计策略到设计执行的全流程工作。
* 站在用户角度挖据需求，为产品功能和特性提供合理的系统化设计解决方案。
* 需要根据用户反馈和产品需求，优化现有产品以提高产品性能和用户体验。
任职要求：
* 本科及以上学历，交互设计类相关专业； 2-5 年互联网产品设计经验。
* 熟悉各类设计方法论并灵活应用；产品流程图，线框图，故事板，交互原型等。
* 具有良好的沟通和设计表达能力，良好的团队协作态度，协调能力强，能积极的提出设计思维和意见。
* 参与过完整的互联网产品，有丰富的多平台（移动端+pc 端）产品设计经验
薪资范围：15K - 30K
UX / UI Designer
Responsibilities:
* Working with Product Managers, Engineers to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and launch new products and services.
* Design user-centered flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms.
* Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design or a related field. 2-5 years of experience with UX/UI design, user experience design or product design.
* Experience the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high- fidelity prototypes.
* Collaborate with product managers, engineers to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful design solutions.
* Have cross-platform design experiences (Web, android, iOS)
