2018 macbook pro 经常突然自动关机，直断电的那种 开机之后电池 0%

之前冬天的时候 晚上插着电源放在房间，大概率第二天起来直接关机，开机之后只有 0%的电。 一开始以为是天气冷的原因，然后就把铝合金的散热支架换成一本书垫着，好了一段时间，后来天气热也断断续续出现过几次，今天又出现这个问题，看了日志也没什么异常日志，电池也正常

想了了下正常使用环境如下，应该和系统版本无关

室温, 铝合金散热支架, 小米 type hdmi 转接头 插上了显示器, 原装充电套装插着充电

不知道有没有类似问题的朋友，不知道是不是 mbp 的 typec 接口有问题，还是我电池有问题？
