lycamobile 官方关于不再 0 月租的回复中，是不是可以推算出最低的保号政策是 12.6 美元？

这里不提香港卡，越南卡，菲律宾卡，我需要实体卡是因为有些特殊注册不能用虚拟 GV 号和别国卡的，一定要美国当地卡的，是不是目前最低的就是 lycamobile 的这个 12.6 美元的卡了？

每月扣 1 美元 X12 个月=12 美元 60 天主动消费 1 次，最便宜是第 59 天的时候主动发一条美国境内短信=0.1 美元 合计：12.6 美元？（虽然改了政策，不过好像还是可在中国漫游的，美国境内实体卡套餐）
