The team is responsible for providing a well-designed end to end IoT development experience which includes both the Thing(device) side and Cloud side. Responsibilities

Successful candidates should have a strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, sharp technical design skills, and a healthy appetite for tackling hard, ambiguous problems. Job Responsibilities span the following areas：

• Lead the design, implement, test, and document end to end tooling solutions to best serve Azure IoT developers
• Drive solution discussion with counterpartner teams
• Investigate cutting edge IoT technologies and provide corresponding tools
• Work directly with customers in the industry to learn the IoT domain and provide solutions for their technical challenges.
• Run product release cycles
• Engage with the customer feedback and handle issues

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor ’ s degree in Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in software development using an object-oriented language
• Ability to write readable code and excellent at algorithms
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, and design patterns
• Mindset of delivering high quality software by adopting engineering best practices
• Strong teamwork skills know how to support a point and incorporate different opinions
• Willingness to explore and apply new approaches and technologies

Preferred:

• Master ’ s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Good knowledge of Python, Javascript, Java and associated toolsets
• Experience in cloud development
• Experience in IoT domain
• Expert with Docker
• Experience with Docker orchestration tool such as Kubernetes
