Python 安装 scipy 报错

不知道为啥

用 whl 文件升级一下 setuptools 试试？

pip install wheel
pip install scipy 0.19.1 cp27 cp27m win32.whl

别折腾，用 anaconda。
既然你用了 scipy 肯定还会用到其他的科学计算包，conda 解决无穷后患，你的时间很宝贵。

miniconda 都各种报错崩溃不稳定，pip 甭想了

win 上如果没有搜到 binary 包理论上是装不上 scipy 的，放弃吧
