Here's how to stop downloading on Windows if you have already started:
1. Close your Diablo 3 downloader.
2. Find "agent.db" file under:
Windows 7 users: C:\ProgramData\Battle.net\Agent\
Windows XP users: C:\Document and settings\All Users\Application Data\Battle.net\Agent\
Please note this is a hidden folder. Or alternatively, you can do a file search for "agent.db".
3. Open agent.db file with text editing tools such as Notepad.
4. Do a search for "selected_locale", change it to the way it was. For example, to change it back to English, put: "selected_locale" : "enUS"5. Save your changes. Reopen Diablo 3 and have fun!

上次就不知道怎么取消，之后重新安装了。

@delphiqin 早看到你的贴就好了，前几天想切换繁体看看也是下载文件，觉得不需要找不到cancel的方法自己去iablo文件中折腾不小心丢失了文件，现在不得不蛋疼的从新官方下载器下载，by the way不知道为什么现在官方下载器下载速度不是很快，不像第一次下载基本都保持在满速。
