[Remote] [Full-time] Product Manager Web3 & DeFi

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in Web3 and DeFi to help drive the next generation of decentralized financial applications. This is a unique opportunity to help shape products at the intersection of financial innovation, smart contract automation, and user-centric design.

You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and engaging directly with users across the decentralized finance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Vision & Strategy
  Define and articulate the product vision, long-term roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with company goals.

• Lead Full Product Lifecycle
  Drive the development process from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.

• Define & Prioritize Requirements
  Translate user needs and business goals into clear product specifications and prioritize development tasks based on impact and feasibility.

• User & Stakeholder Engagement
  Engage with users (including DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, and asset managers) to gather feedback, validate concepts, and support adoption.

• Performance Tracking & Optimization
  Analyze product usage and performance data to inform decisions and optimize for growth, retention, and user satisfaction.

• Market Awareness
  Stay informed on the evolving DeFi and crypto landscape. Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to drive product differentiation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Web3, DeFi, fintech, or related tech startups.

• Strong technical fluency able to understand smart contracts, protocol logic, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Analytical and structured thinking capable of breaking down complex systems and communicating them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent communication skills strong in both written and verbal formats; capable of managing stakeholders and conveying vision.

• Product intuition a deep sense of what makes DeFi products successful from both B2B and retail perspectives.

• Adaptability & ownership thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment; takes initiative and sees things through.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with onchain financial products such as staking, vaults, liquidity provision, or DAOs

• Familiarity with Solana and EVM-compatible ecosystems

• Exposure to modular protocol design, agent frameworks, or DeFi strategy automation

• Prior involvement in user research or community engagement within crypto
