经过楼里各位天才的提示，目前有绕过邀请的办法快速替换，社恐人友好，在终端中输入以下一行代码即可

defaults write company.thebrowser.Browser currentAppIconName -string schoolbook Colorful 输入
defaults write company.thebrowser.Browser currentAppIconName -string colorful -string 后接想要的样式就行，遵循驼峰大小写
回车执行后需要 退出 Arc 重新打开 才会生效
