Position

Digital Product Owner, Digital Team (Preferred Candidates: Tencent/Alibaba/ByteDance)

Responsibilities

Manage the product roadmap and backlog for all digital products

Manage lead requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing

Partner with cross functional teams regularly to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization

Partner with IT vendors/service providers to manage theroadmap and backlog to ensure that all capabilities were delivered on time and per expectation

Monitor and evaluate product performance/feedbacks to ensure constant product iteration and improvements

Requirements

Passionate about technology and business, prefer to have work experience as product owner

Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills

Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus

Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems

Financial Industrial knowledge is a plus

Skills and Abilities

Fluent in English, able to work with overseas teams

Ability to work under pressure and deliver before deadline.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Master degree is preferred

Experience writing SQL queries, experience with back-end and front-end programming languages, such as Java, HTML, CSS, Angular JS

Annual Salary (Salary Cap: under 360K as total package before tax)
