这个错有两个原因
第一个就是不允许使用的地区，比如俄罗斯伊朗等等
如果你不在这几个地区，那么就是支付信息地址和支付卡地区不一致。我看你是淘宝代充的，假如淘宝商家用的信用卡是一个国家，你的支付信息地址是另外一个国家，那么也会有这个错。
去 Profile -> Billing and plans -> Payment information -> Billing information 改成一致就可以了

我 Windows 的几乎天天在用，你要说相比 Native 的应用，操作确实有迟滞感，但是你正文所说的问题从来没遇到过
Mac 10.15 下用也没问题，升级到 Big sur 之后，有很多常用应用，启动后都不知道能不能正常运行。
如果说 Mac 下的 office ，teams 之类体验差，那么 XCode 体验差又是谁的锅呢？
系统兼容性差，稳定性差，所以才导致应用体验差。

菜也没关系，每个人都有菜的时候
但还处于菜到没有解决问题的能力的时候，就不要乱改设置，不要傻 x 去装垃圾 mactype ，不要乱优化，不要瞎改，保持系统默认设置
最重要遇到问题，好好提问，不要张口就吐槽，好嘛

整楼一句正确的没有，连“压缩就是 4k 对齐”都能说出来，也不知道求证
这是不是标准的不能再标准的“自己不会玩”是什么？
