@foam 可以看出朋友你不太熟悉 newsletter 这个东西，其实就是周刊，或者杂志，定期推送到邮箱。这个在国外很火的。
然后是指不需要太大压力写文章，但不是说“可以写草稿以后再修改”，而是说可以无主题，无核心论点，只写 comments 。 这当然普通博客也能做到，那写作不就是一个形式而已么。
