大概率是防火墙的问题，我在 WinFire 里面设置了也不管用。
但是换了卡巴斯基就好了。

如楼上所说，mac 上的虚拟化 orb 性能还是不错的，而且内置了 k8s ，可以直接配置 service 和 pod
只是不太理解为什么要用这种方案，弄个独立服务器会简单很多。

1. 开机，右键鼠标出现菜单，进入 terminal
2. 修改 /etc/default/grub 参数，将包含 hidden 的那行注释掉 或简单点使用 grub gui ，将 uefi 优先级提高，但需要注意后面可能进不了系统，需要通过救援重新更新 grub
3. 进入 bios ，进入启动 U 盘
问题在于使用了 SATA 扩展卡，不支持直接从 SATA 当中启动系统。可能需要安装固件和对应驱动。
还没尝试能不能直接启动 nvme ，懒得弄了就这样吧。
